Beware

The news that a healthy NZ Fur Seal was shot dead on a beach near Foxton should be making many teachers, bureaucrats and politicians very nervous.

DOC (Department of Conservation) said:

It was skinny and had flies around it, but that was not unusual. It responded to prompts and was observed for a while, then left alone.
On Saturday afternoon, DOC was told the seal had been shot, apparently by a member of the public."

There are many people who may fit the description of this poor mammal and who are not terrified that a simple member of the public may "put them out of their misery" with a .233" or a 5.56mm or even a 7.62mm
Stay awake.
Look alive
Be aware of your surroundings.

Sashimi =BAD.. Deep fried Fish & Chips = Good.

And on no account eat any raw fish or clap your hand (or flippers in the case of the  civil servants)

Stay away from beaches.

  2. Anytime Richard [of RBB], maybe you should play a ukelele, to make sure everyone knows that you're still alive.
