So after discovering that everything was not "all right", I decided to phone the primary mover-and-shaker (m'son) and try to find out WTF was going on.

I was surprised when I heard those words.  I know I shouldn't have been, but I was.
It was all wrong somehow.

First I should explain the title. I've noticed that my little blog has a couple of new followers, one two from lovely warm and sunny Brazil.  Welcome. (Boas-vindas).  Although why a lovely artistic type should want to read my feverish postings is almost beyond me. Maybe Tania and Gaia are attracted to my attempts at strained humour?  Or maybe just my exquisitely researched images?  I don't know, so if Tania or Gaia reads this, they may wish to leave a comment. Getting older can have some advantages

I admit it, I'm not exactly young anymore, in fact I've only got 6½ years left before I can apply for my Senior Citizens Pension, but I don't really mind.
